We learned last year my son has autism. Where he falls on the spectrum we will learning soon. He is so smart and sweet but we always knew something was different! I will be blogging about it the more we learn!

I work with teenagers with complex cognitive disabilities at a residential school. I just want to comment and say that sharing your story will be so beneficially for other families who struggle with the challenges that can come with having a special needs child. Sharing is powerful. The good news is, I have met some of the most amazing people in this community. People are supportive and caring and understanding. Good luck with your blog. I look forward to seeing more from your blog.
