I just started as a coach and my first day is tomorrow! Looking for other ladies who want to learn how to eat clean with me, or others who are also doing this just to chat. :)
I am excited to try this program… I just have a couple questions. I eat a 2 egg omelet a couple times a week. Do I measure the eggs in the protein portion cup before cooking (out of shell) or after cooking? Also, I eat dry cereal (original cheerios or grapenuts) a couple times a week, do those qualify as h (http://www.moniquesfitness.com/)ealthy carbs, or which container would I use to measure a serving?
Measure the food amount by what it is before you eat it, so after it's cooked. Use yellow containers to measure cereal and dry, healthy cereals like the two you mentioned should be fine.

I am considering ordering the 21 day fix (http://www.befitwithjanet.com/). I'm just curious if I will have the same results doing a different exercise program than the one that comes with it, i.e. Jazzercise. It's an hour long workout. I usually burn about between 350 - 400 calories. Thanks!
I've been doing 21 day fix extreme and have noticed lots of muscle gains, inches lost but not much off the scale (yes I know the scale doesn't always matter)
However I'm 5'6 an weigh just over 200lbs so I feel like weight should come off…
Should I switch to the regular 21 day fix (http://www.followholly.com/)? I want to get my weight into the 140-150 range an a healthy body fat percentage.
