I just got an email from Vida that they're running a holiday promotion. I signed up for 3 months: vida.com/holidaygift. I'll let everyone know how it goes.

After I had my 3rd child, I couldn't lose the last 10 pounds to save my life. When #4 came around, it was the exact same thing. I don't know if was age, metabolism or some sort of survival thing kicking in but I finally excepted that I was stuck with those last 10 pounds until I was done nursing. With #3 & #4, as soon as I quit nursing, those pounds melted away. I wouldn't attribute that weight loss to milk. Maybe a little but not 10+ lbs.

Myfitness pall is great. I do my best when I'm tracking. As I'm sitting here eating lasagna- avoiding the elliptical which is next on my to-do list today  ;D

I was actually doing okay, but then I found myself home more since...I dunno...December? Blogging, crocheting, eating chocolate... yup. I feel it a bit! Need to lose about 15-20 lbs.

I'm enjoying my winter though... I'm not a big worrier about it... Spring is coming! And Summer too! It will all help.

Be encouraged!

 :)

I wear a Fitbit to track where I am every day and get 10,000 steps every day as a promise to myself. When I want a snack, I eat almonds. I've also cut my sugar intake significantly and noticed immediate weight loss. I have a few blog entries on my site (Bye Bye baby weight, Snack on this, and Fed Up) and recommend everyone I come across to watch the film Fed Up. It's on Netflix right now and was eye opening. All of my "healthy" snack foods contributed to my sugar intake and apparently made it harder to lose weight. I don't count calories, just sugar and protein now.
