I am thinking of doing Weight Watchers again. To me its the best program out there. I have done it before and have always lost on it.
Because of time restraints, I'm not going to be able to go to the meetings. I'm going to do it online. I was wondering if anyone wanted to do it with me. We can encourage each other, share meals and exercise ideas etc... We always help our family members reach their goals. I know we can help each other reach ours.
If I am healthy then my kids will be to. I feel like, I have to do this. I want to set as better example for my children. I want to be healthier. But I need your help. Please join me if only for two weeks.
