I am thinking of doing Weight Watchers again.  To me its the best program out there.   I have done it before and have always lost on it.

  Because of time restraints, I'm not going to be able to go to the meetings.  I'm going to do it online.  I was wondering if anyone wanted to do it with me. We can encourage each other, share meals and exercise ideas etc...  We always help our family members reach their goals.  I know we can help each other reach ours.

If I am  healthy then my  kids will be to.  I feel like, I have to do this.  I want to set as better example for my children. I want to be healthier.  But I need your help.  Please join me if only for two weeks.

I can relate. Staying healthy and reaching health goals like losing weight while being a good role model to your kids can be a challenge. One fun tip that has helped my family is dancing together. Check out fazafam on youtube you can get free dance and exercise videos to do together with your kids. My daughter loves it. She's been doing it since she was 4. She's 7 now. The best part while getting a good work out is being a good role model to her while we work out together. And it takes away the excuse to not exercise because we are doing it together.I love it when we go to the family dance jams and see her dancing with my husband. Time goes by so quickly but the memories we are building with them will last forever. Hope this helps.

Hi mommies,
                                            Good luck with your weigh lose plans. I've just started a weight lose plan and I'm feeling much better about myself. I've found an exercise buddy to keep me motivated. Otherwise it is very difficult to stay focused and motivated to achieve goals.
