I had enough of my pregnancy weight so I decided to stop eating/drinking food that had sugar in it such as - juices, teas, coffees, soft drinks, curries from a jar, pasta sauces, jams, chocolates, etc. I limited my pasta intake to once a week and replaced rice with barley. I stopped eating white bread and made my self hearty sandwhiches using whole meal. This really helped because I was still able to make myself delicious sandwiches and get full and still lose weight.
I also did 100 sit ups and 50 push ups per day.
This combination has helped me to be mindful of what I am eating and encouraged me to excercise as well. However, I do have a bit of a sweet tooth so it's been hard to keep up with it;) This week I am back on it! Hopefully
