My Fitness Pal App Helps

Anyone else had success using MyFitnessPal? Tracking my food intake is the only way I can lose weight consistently. And I'm back on the wagon to get back to a healthy weight. Anyone care to join me?

I've used a bunch of tracking apps, depending on what kind of diet I am doing. They are so helpful. I think taking the time to track anything just reinforces being mindful of what your eating and your activity level. MyFitnessPal is one of my favorites.

Yes! I love MyFitnessPal! It has helped me lose almost thirty-five pounds now and I am back to my college weight, which was a LONG time ago... hehe I blog about MyFitnessPal so much that people probably think I work for them.  :P

I been using the App for a few months now and lost 9 lbs.  Before I started using the App I went to the gym 3-4 times a week as I currently do but wasn't loosing any weight.  I am so happy and love the App! I will continue my challenge to be a healthier eater and continue to use the App.
