I am down to my pre-pregnancy weight!! yay!! But not really. I didn't gain that much weight while I was pregnant. I was so sick I only gained about 11 pounds. That being said, I am still overweight and I would like to loose about 40 more pounds. This is one of the many reasons I have started a blog. I thought if I wrote about my weight loss it would make me accountable for my weight loss and make me stick to it. I am a stay at home mom and I thought for sure I would have time to work out, but it never fails, the baby is up when I get up no matter what time. Also as a new mom I always feel like I am sleep deprived and exhausted, even though my baby sleeps through the night. I have a hard time sleeping and I hear every noise at night now.
I post about my weight loss goals and accomplishments every week.
I would like to know what you suggest doing. I do not have trouble with eating healthy. My issue is getting motivated to get up in the morning to walk on the treadmill. I do have a treadmill so I do not have to go to the gym. What do you do that gets you motivated?
