Love the blogs, ladies!! We just moved, and my last neighborhood had trendy, fit mommies everywhere. We're in a temp locale but will be moving to our permanent residence in June or July. I'd love to get in shape before moving to a new neighborhood. So I need to start now and make it a lifestyle.
Portion control is probably my biggest problem, though being too sedentary is a close second. I crave sugar like no other!! I have done sugar fasts, and that seems to curb the craving a little. Then I have a sweet or two and BAMMM! I am definitely a sugaraholic. Any ideas?
