After 4 children, my body is nowhere NEAR the way it used to be. I'm bigger, got stretch marks, and more flab then I care to talk about. So I decided to finally do something about it. And the only way I know how to stick to a diet/exercise plan is by competing! My sister and I are competing to see who gets down to 125 first. I have stuck to my Scarsdale Diet (very effective btw) and try to exercise as much as possible. After being on this diet for 6 days now, I can see some definite results!
