Explain the Buddy Concept, Please?
« on: Aug 13, 2014 @ 12:07 AM »
Perhaps I have missed it somehow, but I haven't found out why I would want to create a Buddy list and what buddy is. Anyone care to offer an explanation?

Thanks so much!

I've never really understood the buddy concept in smaller directories like this. I think for a giant directory, buddy lists would be useful, but here... it's not really needed. I just don't like disabling features... someone may find it handy. Really, we're all buddies!

If you do find yourself chatting with a particular group of people, adding them to your buddy list can help you keep track of them. Another thing to organize.
