Press Release
« on: Sep 03, 2012 @ 02:17 PM »
Hi

I'm starting a new project to have our visitors and others donate our products, THE SCHOOL DOODLE and THE CLOTHES DOODLE to kids in NYC homeless shelters.  It's called the DOODLE NOODLE SHELTER KIDS PROJECT.  Here is the press release I'm sending out to parenting magazines and local daily and weekly newspapers tomorrow.  Any help you can give in writing about this project or posting the press release on your blogs would be great.

Thanks,

Gail

DOODLE NOODLE ANNOUNCES THE START OF THE DOODLE NOODLE SHELTER KIDS PROJECT

NEW YORK September 3, 2012

Today, Gail Paris, President of DOODLE NOODLE LLC announced the start of THE DOODLE NOODLE
SHELTER KIDS PROJECT.  The company, which produces organizational products for children, is giving
donors the opportunity  to provide either a SCHOOL DOODLE or a CLOTHES DOODLE to a child living in a
New York City Shelter.

THE SCHOOL DOODLE is an organizer which features pockets designed to hold standard school supplies,
such as rulers, pencils, books, notes to and from the teacher and other school needs.  Children who
dont have a desk can lean on the second Doodle, which holds papers and books. The School Doodle is
the perfect organizational product for elementary school age children.

THE CLOTHES DOODLE has pockets labeled for each day of the week and will hold an entire day's
clothing securely.    It consists of 2 organizers which can be hung by their handles on hangars or hooks.
They fold flat like a small suitcase and can also be placed on the floor near the childs bed.  It relieves
stress in the morning as kids get their own clothes, or mom easily gets them for younger kids

DOODLE NOODLE is pleased to offer a 10% discount on each Doodle donated as well as a free childrens
book.  People wishing to donate a SCHOOL DOODLE or a CLOTHES DOODLE to a child should go to the
product section of the DOODLE NOODLE website (www.doodlenoodlestuff.com ) and select the item(s)
that they wish to donate.  When they have finished and are ready to check out, all that they have to do
to make their donation is type the word SHELTER into the coupon code box on the check out page.  10%
will automatically be deducted from their merchandise total.  The Doodles and the book will go  directly
to the child.

DOODLE NOODLE was founded in 2012 by Ms. Paris, an award winning teacher and assistant principal in
the New York City Public School System.  Ms, Paris also writes the  DOODLE NOODLE BLOG
